Children’s Home

Background

• A child is born in every 2 seconds in India

• More than half of Indian children are malnourished

• It is estimated that there are 12 million child laborers in India

• Millions of Indian children go to bed every night hungry, hopeless and angry.

Our Mission

To provide food, shelter, education and healthcare to orphaned, homeless and underprivileged children

Project

Build infrastructure to look after about 50 children in the age group 3years to 10 years.

Identify and appoint people who have a passion to care for destitute children

Identify sponsors for the children.

Present status of the project.

On Jan 26, 2010 the Boys Home was opened. We have at present having 10  children (from the age 4 – 12) in the campus.

Pr. Saji & Jomol are taking care of the boy’s home.
